Kromski and Sons, Rigid Heddle Class, and Brown Sheep Yarn!

This post will have a lot of information as we catch up from last time.

First, a few photos of out Rigid heddle class at Mowhawk Industries. The ladies were absolutely fabulous!

We used Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece and their New DK weight yarn Synchrony! Wonderful cotton wool blend yarns in 9 Hand painted color ways! They were perfectly compatible with the 7.5 dent reed in the Ashford Sample-it looms.

The yarn blooms perfectly after a hand wash and a machine dry.

We had a wonderful time and hope to see each other again!

Out selling on Facebook trial didn't succeed so we are opening our online store on our website. Check back frequently as we finish the setup and add new inventory.

So the moment we have all been waiting for...Kromski and Sons! We have proudly become a dealer in this company of finely crafted spinning and weaving equipment.

Their Rigid Heddle looms are well designed and constructed. Folding for portability and storage with a nifty warping helper, and it flips over and becomes a warping board! How cool is that? It is also the only loom that comes complete with a pickup stick so you can get into more complicated patterns right from the start!

They also sell magnificent Spinning wheels and drop spindles out of Mahogany and Walnut!

These beauties weigh in at 3 oz each so they are great for beginners and non beginners alike. Their weight also makes them perfect for plying!
